It costs over £80 to submit each document to the OPG and if the document contains mistakes it will need to be resubmitted which can become costly. The Which? Wills and Powers of Attorney team is staffed by specialist paralegals who’ve undergone professional training in wills and powers of attorney to help you eliminate errors. The team is supervised by a solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
